I observe and comment on neurologic findings of weakness, tremor and spasms if they are noted at any time during the examination. This is more of a description of whether the condition is present, than a diagramming of it. Tremor is a regular oscillation, typically of pitch. Spasms are irregular interruptions of sound.
Weakness could be an inability to produce any loud sound at all. It could also be flutter that is present on loud, low pitched sounds yet not present at higher pitches,
